Simple enough.

So, i figured out that midship, isnt that bad of a map, but is still pretty gay.

I'm hoping .. but Halo 3 isn't as bad as everyone makes it to be.

from the little i have read about reach it seems like it will be mix of halo 3 and modern warfare, as crazy as that sounds. idk how i feel about the perks system being introduced to halo, but we will see

I think Reach will be awesome. As for heritic Im getting use to it.

Perks? cmon .. i play halo because everyone is at the same advantages and disadvantages .. what the fuck are they thinking? i doubt we are going back to a halo2 style but.. i wont give up hope. =(

i play halo for the sole reason that it isnt call of duty. perks would be lame as hell in halo. fuck that.

This might clear up some confusion. This if from what seems to be a reliable source:

I guess I kinda used the wrong word. It's not really a perk, but rather a device that you can pick up. You can only carry one at a time. I found 3 different devices in the first 3 missions-Halogram, cloak, and sprint. So it's not really a perk, like you would think from call of duty. They are just devices you pick up and that have cooldowns.

Right above the radar shows what perks you are carrying. When I played there were 3 perks-sprinting, cloaking, and halogram.
The sprinting makes you run when you hold LB,
cloaking makes you invisible (when you cloak your radar jams and you can't really hear anything around you).
The halogram creates a hologram of yourself, so enemies will shoot at both.

Okay - it does. But i still hope mlg doesnt adopt halogram or sprint .. sometimes less is better.

Sounds like a hybrid between the Halo 2 BR and the Halo 1 Pistol... No more long range random spread. *crosses fingers*

at least there will be a BR. ODST sucks for that reason.

I like it .. so long as the spread isn't randomized. If the spread is randomized, then that will actually make the gun worse. Honestly, so long as they make the game customizable, and I'm sure they will since it is their finale, MLG will make the appropriate gametypes for it. I was going to be furious if we were making character classes before entering the game..
